Payment Terms
For most residential projects, payment is due upon completion. For larger commercial projects, we typically require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our painting services, please contact us within 48 hours of project completion. We'll work to address any concerns and make things right.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage customers to discuss any concerns directly with us so we can find a satisfactory resolution.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or for projects where work has already begun.
